Stevens Transport will hire you with no experience and see that you get all the education and experience you need—with practically no training cost to you!

What that means is that Stevens will have a job waiting for you once you complete your Commercial Drivers License Training and receive your CDL . Plus, we’ll do two things to sponsor your education:
	1. We’ll reimburse you for the cost of your CDL training courses* 2. You'll be on our payroll while getting your over the road training

We offer Company Sponsored CDL Training at several Stevens Driving Academy locations throughout the United States. This program allows you to take advantage a promising career with no investment, no credit checks and no up-front money. Housing is available in several of these locations. Or, attend another training school of your choice-- as long as it meets the DOT minimum hours of standard training. Make sure your school provides at least 120 hours of training.

After graduation from your CDL training, you will go through an abbreviated orientation-- at our expense-- taking place at our world headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Upon completion, you will be hired to go over the road (OTR) and into our 8-week training program where you’ll benefit from the knowledge of your own personal trainer and mentor. During this 8-week period, Stevens will be paying you a salary

After successfully completing the OTR training program, you will be assigned your own truck (no slip seating) so you can run solo and begin to benefit from Steven’s generous mileage pay and variety of bonus programs.

*Drivers will be fully reimbursed for their CDL training costs, providing that they remain as an OTR driver with Stevens Transport for the length of their loan term. Reimbursement will commence once the loan term is completed and will occur in increments.
